Application for Student Travel Funding
Mars Astrobiology Science and Technology Workshop

The Mars Program Office would like to announce that travel funding has been made available for students and postdocs with Mars interests to attend the Mars Astrobiology Science and Technology Workshop. Students and postdocs must be U.S. citizens. Competitive selection of up to 15 students and postdocs will be made by NASA Headquarters. Funding will be provided as a reimbursement post-workshop, with up to $1000 per award available for transportation, lodging, and per diem. All interested students and postdocs are encouraged to contact Marguerite Syvertson (Mars Program Office, mls@jpl.nasa.gov or 818-354-6492) for additional details. An application must be submitted by July 16, 2004, to be considered for this funding.
