Abstract Template
General guidance:
At the beginning of this workshop, you will
receive a printed collection of the entire set of accepted abstracts.
This collection will represent
the only unique permanent record from this workshop. As such,
it is desired to have as thorough of a description as possible within
the
page allocation. Please note that a wide variety of technologies
will
be discussed during this workshop – to the greatest degree
possible, please avoid jargon unique to your discipline in order
to communicate
clearly to the entire audience.
It is assumed that all abstracts have been reviewed by institutional
ITAR officers if necessary.
Specific guidance:
1. Abstracts will be strictly limited to one
page in length to minimize printing requirements.
2. Please submit using Microsoft Word or equivalent applications. Submittals
must be “camera-ready” – no editing will be done
by the workshop co-chairs and/or organizers.
3. Include the following: a. Abstract
title b. Author(s) and affiliation(s)
c. Up to one figure is allowed.
4. Use “Times 12-point” font (this will allow approximately
600-word abstracts without a figure).
5. Please send abstracts via email
to Joseph Minafra at: jminafra@mail.arc.nasa.gov
